Join the Kawartha Chamber Music Collective for Conversations, the first concert in a three-part chamber music series. Max Bruch’s Eight Pieces for Clarinet, Viola, and Piano (Op. 83) will be performed complete by clarinetist Bryce Porter, violist Saskia Tomkins, and pianist Lucy Heo. Written by Bruch at age 72 for his son, these eight intimate movements form a sustained musical conversation — lyrical, Romantic, and deeply felt. Admission is by donation. A reception follows the performance.
