This powerful and thought-provoking exhibit explores the beauty, complexity, and societal impact of menstruation through the lens of photography.

The Cycles of Change Project was created to bring more publicly accessible imagery in the menstrual space to the world. The project aims to break down the stigma around menstruation by empowering communities to use these images in their work to promote menstrual health, education, and equity & encourage deeper conversations in community.

Project visioned by Heather Litster & Images brought to life my @heatherdoughtyphotography we are so excited to officially debut this gallery & share meaningful conversations together in October.
