Is this class for me?
This class is ideal for anyone who wants to stay physically active. We will be doing a gentle Hatha style yoga class and there is no need to have prior yoga experience or practise with yoga. You will be guided throughout the whole practise so you can simply follow along.

How much is it for the class?
It is $20 in advance or $25 cash or e-transfer at the door.
